The Journey Begins!

They say that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. 

This site and the courses I offer are the culmination of years of gathering my thoughts, helping friends and picking the best from all the books, articles and courses out there. The aim is to provide you with a no nonsense, clear pathway to get you from an absolute beginner to a confident investment pro. It won’t be easy, but it will be rewarding. 

I still remember the excitement and trepidation of buying my first shares back in 2013. Have I picked the right company? Have I done enough research? How do I know the order has gone though? How will I handle the highs and lows or the price fluctuations? When should I sell? When should I buy more? These and many questions like it kept popping up in my head and no doubt you have some of them too. 

Back in 2013, I don’t recall there being too much material around to get someone who had no experience and bring them along the journey. Now people are drowning in information (and it’s difficult to tell what is good and bad these days). There’s so much, it’s just overwhelming to the point where people don’t know how to start. So they don’t.

Over the next few weeks and months, I’ll be posting some helpful blog posts to get you to start thinking about your own financial journey and inspire you to take action. 

As for the rest of the site, I hope that you find the material here a bit more straightforward and organized compared to what you’ve seen out there in the internet jungle. Take a look around, ask questions and challenge what you don’t know.
