COURSE FEES, PAYMENT AND TERMS OF SALE
If you wish to purchase any course(s), you are responsible for paying FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD any applicable taxes or fees payable in connection with your purchase.

You must resolve any problem we encounter in processing your payments immediately in order to proceed with your order or regain access to courses you are intending to purchase or have already purchased.
FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD retains the right to refuse to accept customers for courses, at the sole discretion of FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD, even if you are willing and able to pay. For example, FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD may refuse to serve customers who are believed to be using courses for criminal or illegitimate purposes, who are violating the terms of service, etc. If you have successfully processed a payment for the purchase of courses, and FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD does not wish to accept you as a customer, you will be refunded the amount you have paid and also revoke your access to the courses.
If you fail to pay or FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD is unable to charge your designated payment method according to the payment schedule, FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD has the right to send your account and details to a debt collection agency or third-party collection service provider for any outstanding payments owed, or pursue legal action against you to recover the money owed. In such an event, you understand and agree that we may also require you to pay any fees and costs associated with trying to recover or collect your payments owed, including but not limited to any fees charged to FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD by the debt collection agency or any legal fees.
REFUND POLICY
If you purchase any courses, please be aware that refunds are not offered for change of mind or decide the work required is greater than your initial expectation.
For some of the courses, FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD may offer a free trial. The courses provided by FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD requires you to undertake additional work in order to get results. This will be made clear throughout any engagement with FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD.
Refunds are issued through FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD chosen payment processor. Please note that once the refund has been arranged through the payment processor, FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD cannot control the time it takes for the payment processor to issue the refund, and cannot be responsible for any delays.
If you are offered a refund FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD will remove your access to the courses for which you have received a refund, and any associated materials / content.
Situations may arise where FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD may terminate the engagement where it is clear that the student is not completing the required material that has been requested. The student will be made aware beforehand they are at risk of this situation and will be given sufficient time to adjust. If this situation arises, you may be entitled to a partial refund but this is at the sole discretion of FINANCE TUTOR PTY LTD.
